Administrative Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support, coordinate daily office activities, maintain records, and assist in ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
Handle local procurement activities by obtaining quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and processing purchase requests.
Follow up with insurance companies regarding employee medical insurance, claims, approvals, and policy renewals.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (minimum).
2 years of experience.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
