Overview

We are looking for a professional and organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, manage daily office operations, handle communications, and ensure smooth workflow within the company.

Responsibilities

- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Welcome visitors and assist them appropriately.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records (hard & soft copies).
- Draft and type official letters and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and distribute correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain office stationery inventory and records.
- Prepare daily activity reports.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (minimum).
- 2 years of experience.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Excellent Arabic and English typing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and work effectively within a team.
